Returns & Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused and in original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be free from marks, stains, odours or damage

  • Be returned in original packaging where possible

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your exchange or store credit.

Refunds

Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or preference changes.

Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including if an item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly supplied

  • Significantly different from what was ordered

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Sale Items

All sale items, promotional purchases and limited drop releases are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Threaded Moments is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
